Ordinary (basic) ducks leave the Percentage Pipe at 0% because basic ducks are the wrong input for the Percentage Pipe mechanic — they do not register as Anomalies. To fill the pipe you need Anomalies. 10 Anomalies × 10% = 100% then IGTAP. How do I make Anomalies? See the Anomaly Guide. The Anomaly recipe (as recorded in existing evidence) is: 1 Duck + 1 Cash Register + 1 Piñata at the Anomaly workbench.

  • Do not feed basic ducks directly into the Percentage Pipe — they will register as 0%.
  • Craft Anomalies at the Anomaly workbench using: 1 Duck + 1 Cash Register + 1 Piñata.
  • Insert Anomalies into the Percentage Pipe. Ten Anomalies are required to reach 100% (10 × 10% = 100%), then IGTAP occurs.
  • For Piñata-related tasks in Phase 3: keep the Piñata intact during transport and only break it where the task requires candy containment; Phase 4 requires an intact Piñata as one Anomaly input. See Anomaly Phase 4.
  • Access to an Anomaly workbench (as referenced in full-release/demo-era evidence).
  • Items: 1 Duck (ordinary), 1 Cash Register, 1 Piñata.
  • The game state that includes the post-200kg pipe (see 200kg Guide for context).
  • Awareness of the Phase 3/4 Piñata handling requirements (Phase 4 requires an intact Piñata).

The Percentage Pipe responds to Anomalies; basic ducks do not qualify and therefore report 0% when sent into the pipe. The pipe’s progression is tracked in 10% increments per Anomaly under the documented evidence: 10 Anomalies × 10% = 100% then IGTAP. To create a valid Anomaly you must combine the three recorded inputs at the Anomaly workbench: 1 Duck + 1 Cash Register + 1 Piñata. Once formed, each Anomaly contributes the documented 10% to the Percentage Pipe.

Piñata handling is two distinct concerns: transporting intact Piñatas, and breaking them for Candy containment. During Phase 3 tasks the transport reliability of an intact Piñata matters — keep it unbroken until the destination or task specifically requires breaking. If your goal is candy containment (for a single-use payout or effect), plan a single deliberate break point. For Phase 4 Anomaly creation, an intact Piñata is explicitly required as one of the inputs; do not break the Piñata earlier if you intend to use it for Anomaly assembly. See Anomaly Phase 4 for Phase 4 specifics.

This guide preserves the existing full-release and demo-era evidence boundaries and avoids extrapolating beyond documented inputs and percentages.

  • Feeding ordinary/basic ducks into the Percentage Pipe and expecting progress — they register as 0%.
  • Breaking Piñatas during transport when Phase 3 tasks or Phase 4 Anomalies require an intact Piñata.
  • Miscounting Anomalies; the documented progression is exactly 10 Anomalies to reach 100% at 10% each.
  • Assuming multiple breaks or partial Piñata states can substitute for an intact Piñata in Anomaly assembly — evidence requires an intact Piñata input.
  • Make Anomalies at the Anomaly workbench using the recorded recipe (1 Duck + 1 Cash Register + 1 Piñata).
  • Use ten assembled Anomalies to fill the Percentage Pipe to 100%, then proceed with the IGTAP event.
  • If you need a refresher on Piñata handling for Phase 4, follow Anomaly Phase 4.
  • Review the post-200kg pipe context in the 200kg Guide.
  • If you are chasing endgame content tied to the pipe, consult the Secret Ending.

Q: Is it better to break piñatas or not? A: Piñata transport and break are separate problems. Keep Piñatas intact during transport when tasks require them intact. Use one planned break point when Candy containment is the goal. For Phase 4 Anomaly inputs you need an intact Piñata. See Anomaly Phase 4.

Q: Why does the Percentage Pipe stay at 0% when I send ducks? A: Ordinary/basic ducks are the wrong input and register as 0%. Only properly assembled Anomalies contribute the recorded 10% increments.

Q: How many Anomalies fill the pipe? A: 10 Anomalies × 10% = 100% then IGTAP.

Q: How do I make Anomalies? A: The documented recipe is 1 Duck + 1 Cash Register + 1 Piñata at the Anomaly workbench. For full crafting and context, see the Anomaly Guide.

Q: Do I need the post-200kg pipe? A: The post-200kg pipe is part of the documented environment for these mechanics; see the 200kg Guide for details.
